@MsLipGloss: I had mistakenly thought it would be easy peasy with respect to eating, after all, something HAS to be easy since we had a rough go of every thing else! Allergies are no joke, hope that gets sorted out! Funny story, my mother in law was telling me how she fed my husband an egg yolk when he was about a year, then took him out for a walk in his brand new stroller, which he promptly vomited all over. I couldn't stop laughing, so maybe we'll find this entertaining in 35 years, who knows?
When I called the nutritionist that is part of the practice we go to, she said it was no problem to come in for a visit, but I am not pinning my hopes on it. My son has refused to eat dinner for the past two nights, so I hope he's not whittiling down his acceptable food choices even further!

@MsLipGloss: yay!!!!! I am so glad it worked! I hope you call it Sprinkle Cheese now, too! Hahaha
I think its because its small & they can eat it with their hands. String cheese is bigger. Chloe takes bites out of string cheese instead of letting me peel it.. So it took awhile to graduate from sprinkle cheese to string cheese!

Charlie and Olive love cheese. Grated parmesan and cheddar cheese are their favorites. They also like string cheese and Babybel round and wedge cheeses.

Any and all. As soon as she sees anyone eating any she begs for it. But, we mostly have sharp cheddar, mozz string cheese, and shredded taco cheese. She also loves cream cheese and quiche made with cottage cheese.
