What formula did you use after Similac Alimentum? Baby is now 6 months and we were thinking of switching to another formula. Any suggestions for babies that used to be on Alimentum?

My lo isn't on alimentum but my best friend's lo is and she wasn't sure if she'd have to be on it until 1 or if they'd be able to switch, so following this for her! She's pretty frustrated by the $30/can price tag!

Reviving this post from way back when! I also about to change my little one form alimentum probably to a gentle formula. Does anyone have any past experience with this? Any advice

DD wasn't on Alimentum, but Nutramigen. It didn't work out for us and we got a prescription for Neocate.
