I got to see 3 Inglesina table high chairs and try one out today. Was going to order it, but of course checked HB first! Past threads say you can't clip them on tables with "lips"? I must be having a total brain fart because I can't picture any tables with lips? Can someone explain or share a pic?
I won't be using at home wine our two tables, one is glass top, and the other is a Chinese redwood with carvings on the edges.
Anyone also want to weigh in on the Inglesina before I buy?

When I think of table lip I think of coffee or end tables where around the edge is raised for decorative reasons. I can't think of any dining tables with that though.

Our table has a lip and the only high chair we found that worked was the Chicco 360.

@oliviaoblivia: @T-Mom: OH! That makes sense! No, the chair wouldn't work on those kind of tables. Our formal is kind of like that w/carvings too.

@shopaholic: we have a table apron as well. We have the Chico clip on and it is the only one I know of that works with an apron. However it's a big chair so there is a lot of space between J and the table so he gets crazy messy and drops a lot of food on accident.

I think it depends on how far from the edge the apron is located. We have the fast chair, and it's worked fine so far on all tables but one that I've tried, and I think I've tried 8?

It works for some tables with apron, just depends on the size of the apron. This is the high chair I got for LO when we take him out to eat. It's nice because it folds up and he hates the Fisher Price booster chair we bought for the in laws' house.

@mamabear57: yes. It's for going out. I can't use it at home, but loved how slim and flat it folds up to be!
