Hi all- I got slammed with a navy bout of food poisoning today and am really struggling with anything other than laying down somewhere. Fortunately I had help with my 2 month old and since I EP, plenty of milk in the fridge/freezer for him to drink while I'm down for the count. I've been trying to keep up my pumping schedule but it's been hard. I'm really worried about a dip given I can't keep much down (water even). Hoping that improves- suggestions for what I can eat/drink that will help hydrate/get more calories in me but easy on the stomach?
