How much do you notice/care how much your toddlers drink?

We are still in a bit of a transitional phase. LO (13 mo) is still taking 20 oz formula per day, although we will be switching to WCM soon I hope (pending our dairy trials that are currently ongoing because LO is/was MSPI). She's been doing a ton better with solids and is eating 3 meals and two snacks per day. We offer water in various straw cups with all food and also just keep it in her play area so she has access to it whenever she wants.

Some days she does what I would consider to be "good" with water... drinking maybe 6 or so ounces throughout the day. Lately though she hasn't really wanted water at all so she takes a few sips here and there (getting maybe 2 oz all day?).

She is definitely having less wet diapers than when she was on more formula, but still *enough* I think. So... does it matter? Is this something I should push or just sort of let her not drink much if she doesn't want to?

My husband seems a little more concerned about it than I am and suggested we give her some watered down juice to see if that would encourage her to drink more. I don't necessarily feel like that is needed because she's still having enough wet diapers and I want her to eventually learn to just drink water and not want sugary drinks all the time. But if I should really be pushing more liquids I'd be willing to give it a shot. I just wonder/hope that when we switch her to WCM she will sort of naturally drink a little less of that and start drinking a bit more water as she eats even more solids.
