So hubby and I BOTH have the bumpy arms, so shouldn't be all that surprising that Georgia has them too.
Hers have just become raised and more prominent in the last few weeks, doctor says nothing much to be done for them. Has anyone else's little one got this, or any advice on treating?

I haven't come across a lotion that works.
I use Clinique moisture surge on my face & it works wonders on her arms!

Oh, good call! None of the sensitive skin lotions have helped it here, so I wasn't sure what was better - smothering her in stuff, or letting them air out and dry.

@jaguar: Hey! DH and I both have it as well, and so does DS. DS's is actually worse than both of ours. I hate the way it feels, though it doesn't seem to bother him. I haven't tried it on DS, as he has eczema too and I don't want to aggravate it, but I've used the lotion AmLactin (from CVS or target or wherever) on myself with some mild success, after a dermatologist prescribed me cream that cost $100 a month (which I completely refused to pay lol). If you find something that works, pass the info on! I'd love for him to have smooth arms!

We were just to the dermatologist for this last week. The recommendation was a daily bath with a soap free cleanser such as dove sensative skin. Within three minutes of bath, apply an exfoliating lotion like eucerin intensive care with alpha hydroxy acids or Cerave SA with salytic acid.

My son has KP on his face 
We use cetaphil to wash and a urea-based cream which has really helped. Also be careful what kind of sunscreen you use as that can make it worse.
