@twodoghouse: I know... I'm hoping someone gets some good news this time around even if it isn't me! Good luck to you!

@GreenThumb: Thanks! Wishing you good luck too! Hope it's just spotting and not AF.

Agreed, I really hope we get some BFP's from the ladies on this thread soon! :o) Sending lots and lots of baby dust to our thread!!! :o)

I hope someone gets a BFP, too. I don't really care if it's me. I'm already thinking this month might not be the month for me.
Sprinkling lots of baby dust for everyone!!
ETA: Oh, I forgot to update you all, I took another test, this morning. BFN. Still expecting AF on Friday. Not going to test again until AF is late.

No dice for me this month - officially. AF is here for real this time. Keeping fingers crossed for next month!

@GreenThumb: Sorry about AF
I also have my fingers crossed for everyone!! It's nice to have people to go through this with at the same time.

Agreed,, this support has been great! I haven't told any friends we are TTC, so this is the only outlet I have besides from DH.

Well, BFN for me, and AF made an appearance tonight. I am disappointed, but LESS SO for one reason. I didn't plan to test unless AF was late, but last night I felt miserable with a cold/flu, and wanted to test to be sure it was safe to take something. I was bummed, but slightly relieved because it meant I could take something to try to stave off the worst of my congestion and body aches, (plus fun fever/chills). Plus, with DH and I on conflicting work schedules during my fertile time, I wasn't expecting results anyway.
Hoping for better luck in February!

I had bloodwork done on Tuesday to see if I ovulated and the results came back today - my Dr. thinks I did. That makes this our first month since we started trying (in August) that I ovulated! I've been feeling crampy, but my period really isn't due for a week, so we will see. Good luck to everyone else!

@MrsApricot: I'm keeping my fingers crossed for next month, too. Hope you are feeling better soon!

Well, I'm noticing some mild cramping today and I *might* have been a little moody yesterday. (Then again, I was in a stressful situation.) AF might be around the corner. (I'm 13 DPO)
ETA: Hmmm, sounds there have been instances of AF-like cramps before BFP. Maybe I'll try a pregnancy test strip when I get home.

@mrsapricot: I'm sorry about AF
@bluestriped bee: Good luck, fingers crossed for you!
I started spotting lightly today, and I've been experiencing mild cramping in my lower back and lower abdomen. I'm assuming AF is right around the corner... she is officially due today or tomorrow.

OMG! OMG! OMG! I got a BFP this morning! I did the little cheapy test first and the line was sooooo faint, so I followed up with First Response and the digital ClearBlue and both said PREGNANT! I busted out crying... while we haven't been trying as long as some, the last 15 months have been looong. SOOO excited. Calling the doc in a few to get some bloodwork done.
SENDING LOTS OF BABY DUST to the rest of ya'll!!!

@CarrieLouWho: OMG!! Yay!!! So excited for you!! So glad we got one BFP for our group!
As for me, AF still hasn't shown up. It's suppose to show up today. I tested with pregnancy strips yesterday and it was negative. I did realize yesterday that I've been really tired lately and peeing a lot. Well, this might be TMI, but I have my AF underwear on, so I'm just ready for AF to arrive.
How is everyone else?

@CarrieLouWho: Yay!!! I am so excited for you!! Congrats!!
@bluestriped bee: Hope AF stays away and you get your BFP after all! As for me, I started AF yesterday. I'm sad because I got really hopeful for this month, but I am going on vacation tomorrow so at least that will keep my mind off it. I am definitely going to start using OPKs in February though. It will be 1 year trying and I am determined to get pregnant!!

@CarrieLouWho: YAY! How wonderful!!! Congrats!!
@twodoghouse: I hope you have a really fun vacation!
Still no AF here but I'm still spotting. No real cramps today but I've been having lower back pain for the past few days. My body is just so weird sometimes. I didn't test this AM because I'm pretty sure AF will show sometime soon.
pear / 1986 posts
@CarrieLouWho: CONGRATULATIONS! So exciting! That's wonderful news!
@twodoghouse: Good to hear you are staying positive. I think OPKs have really helped me pinpoint things. Good luck with them. And have a wonderful vacation!
hostess / wonderful apple seed / 16729 posts
@twodoghouse: Aww, I'm sorry about AF showing up.
@Pepper: Crossing my fingers that your AF doesn't show.
I have one more pregnancy test strip left and 3 pregnancy tests (the expensive ones) left. If AF doesn't show today, wondering if I should test tomorrow or try to be patient and wait til Sunday to test.

Thanks everyone! I seriously cannot get anything done at work today :o)
@TwoDogHouse - The Ovulation Monitor really helped me pinpoint O, I really wished I had invested in one much earlier than I did.

@bluestriped bee: OMG, AF underwear made me laugh so hard. I love you.
And congrats, @CarrieLouWho! Yayyyy

I'm out. BFN and Aunt Flo came to town. Ugh this means on to the RE. Clomid cycle didn't work even though I had a positive OPK.

I'm not 4 days late with AF but still getting negatives results. Not sure what is goign on
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@jessiejo17: Ugh, that's so frustrating! Do you know how many days post O you are? Are you stressed about anything? Stress could be causing you to be late.
GOLD / wonderful olive / 19030 posts
@Adira: I'm not positive on the post O, last month was our first month of trying, and I didn't really track. Next month for sure I will keep better track. I don't really feel stressed, if anything I"m stressing about whether I could be pregnant or not.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@jessiejo17: It's possible that you just need to wait a few more days and test again. Do you know what your average cycle is like? Were you on BC prior to this cycle? False Negatives are fairly common I think, so maybe wait a few more days (like when AF is a week late) and try again.
GOLD / wonderful olive / 19030 posts
@Adira: Thanks that's what I've been doing. My avg cycle is 23-24 days. I got off of BC back in March, so close to a year ago, and have had pretty normal cycles ever since. I usually am not late, hwoever last month I did have UTI which caused my cycle to last 8 days when it normally only last 4-5 days, which could also be the cause.
Fingers crossed, it would just be nice to know either way.
wonderful pomelo / 30692 posts
@jessiejo17: Yeah, since you've been off for so long and fairly consistent, it is suspicious that AF hasn't shown up for you. Hopefully there is a good reason!!! Good luck to you! Let us know when you find out either way.
