Mine have always been like this. Most women's are. It's not a problem!

Yep, mine are like this too. My left has always produced more. I try to compensate by having my LO nurse from my less-productive boob first, since he'll be better at emptying it than the pump.

My left always produced less too!

@hellobeeboston: My right produces less for the PUMP but seems to be fine for DD when she is actually nursing. Most days my left produces 2x what the right does. The LC said the baby is probably getting more out

Totally normal. Interestingly enough, my over-producing side switched half way through. No idea why.

Yep, totally normal, but I feel your pain! When I pumped I usually got about about 1/4 as much from the right side. It never seemed to bother her while nursing, but was so frustrating to watch the slacker produce nothing while I was pumping.

My left boob is quite a bit bigger than my right but when I was breastfeeding my right one was the big producer! I would pump twice as much out on my right. My LO eventually refused to nurse on my left side so we nursed exclusively on the right side the last two months of our nursing relationship. That was the only time in my life my boobs have ever been the same size...

My right produces less, but it's also my leaky boob. If I nurse without breast pads, that one will be soaking my bra. Whereas if I nurse from that one, the left one might not leak at all. Also, if we go for a long time without feeding, the left will be engorged, and the right won't be, but I will have a letdown. I feel it's normal, but definitely a little peculiar.

I've affectionately named my left boob Dudley (because it's a dud) and my right Studley. My left produces drastically less and my 9.5 month old has no patience for poor Dudley.

My left produced 1/3 of my right. When I stopped pumping I eventually let my left dry up since she got frustrated breastfeeding. I only feed her on the right at 10 mo.

Yep! That damn left boob never pulled its weight for me.
