We've been using Hippe Organics and my daughter has done great on it but we need to cut some costs. I've done the math and Up & Up is exactly half the cost of what we are currently using. Anyone have any opinions on it? Does it dissolve well?

I don't know about up & up, but I know someone who used the Costco brand, and their kids did well on it. I heard it is an older formula of the similac brand.

We've used up & up for the past three months. No issues and it dissolves great. It's even cheaper with the buy 3 get a $10 gift cars they run every few weeks.

We used Costco's Kirkland brand. It's the cheapest we've found and our daughter loved it!

Both of my kids have used Up & Up with no issues. Dissolves well, too!

I actually found the Up and Up sensitive dissolved better than the real Similac Sensitive!

@gingerbebe: I found the same thing compared Enfamil.
I actually came to prefer up&up! And the color seemed less artificial which I liked.

@gingerbebe: We found the Target Gentle formula dissolved better than Enfamil gentle as well! It also smells better and I think it tastes better to DD. She did go from pooping every day to pooping every 2-3 days though and it's a thicker texture.

I used Up & Up formula with my first. My second I haven't had a chance to yet since we switched to soy.

We used up and up and Costco brand. My son did fine on both! The Costco brand is a little bit cheaper but I found it had a lot more bubbles than the up and up brand!

We switched from Enfamil gentle to up and up gentle no issues. Been using it almost a year!

We use the Sam's club formula, similar to Similac Advantage, I prefer it to the name brand, it dissolves better and DD is less gassy on it.

@ldh112: I switched to this after about 1 month on enfamil (not sure why I felt guilty going straight to generic) - we never had any issues and I feel it dissolved nicely.
Make sure you download the cartwheel app as they usually have 5% off Up&Up products. Also - keep an eye out for their bulk purchase bonuses...they frequently run promos of like buy 3 get a $10 target giftcard and such...makes it even cheaper.
Also - we have used tons of Up&Up products (diapers, rash cream, wipes, food pouches, medicine etc) and have always been pleased.

Agree with @Mrs D - although we are a Pampers family (DH's decision, not mine), the only store brand diaper that didn't send my husband into a fit of rage was Up and Up. We've also used just about EVERYTHING they make that's baby related - wipes, medicine, baby lotion, baby wash, diaper creams, puffs, baby food pouches, yogurt melts - and they are by far our favorite generic for all that stuff. You can also print coupons on the Target website and they'll honor that in addition to the Cartwheel. When I was pregnant with DS1, I loaded up on wipes and and baby wash and baby lotion, often getting the bottles for $1 each or less. At 17 months, we've still not purchased any new lotion or baby wash and I didn't buy any new diaper cream for almost a year.
