How much water do you drink in the MOTN?

I put a 24 ounce cup by my bed and sip on it every time I get up

I have a large tervis by my bed. I usually sip on it during the night. Nights that we are up, it's almost gone by the morning. Most nights it's 1/2 to 3/4 gone.

I have a 30 oz bottle and usually drink about half by morning. I chug the rest of it though right when I wake up!

Some nights, nothing. But the winter air is so dry, I get thirsty, so usually 6-15 oz.

I have a straw cup beside my bed - when I was waking up multiple times, I was drinking maybe 24 oz. Now I wake up twice, and I drink maybe 12oz?
