@knittylady: haha that's true. I know it's positive now but since I haven't missed my period I'm still skeptical. This is the LAST exam for board certification. I'm sure my doc would induce me so he won't miss it...but we would still have a newborn while he's cramming. Talk about timing!

Yay!!!! Congratulations!!! I know it may seem scary, we had the same reaction when we got our positive with our third, but it will all work out, even if the timing isn't your ideal!
