For awhile I was doing the Couch to 5k program, I got about 5 weeks in when my milk supply took a nose dive & I out my efforts on hold. I recently made the transition to eating "clean" & I'd really like to start running again (I loved it & it was a fun activity for LO & I) but feeding my child is far more important to me. Any tips on how to ensure I can keep up with running & my supply?
