So I was gifted a 2-pk of the BRU bottle brushes, and the first just fell apart after 5 weeks. I have 1 more to use, but what bottle brush do you recommend for when this one breaks?

I use the cheap Munchkin ones with the sponge end. They're not really meant to last forever, especially with heavy use.

i love the avent one! it's soft so it doesn't feel like it's going to scratch things & it doesn't have foam which grosses me out 'cause i feel like stuff is inside there

we use the avent one @mrs. bird: mentioned--i like it! inexpensive, no fuss, and has good reach for all the edges of the bottle. i considered getting the oxo one, but this one has done the job.

We have a silicone one and it is super nice because it doesn't fall apart like the ones with foam. We went through a few cheap ones before I found this one and I really like it. It can hold soap in it too but the only thing is that the soap just kind of drips out when you use it, which is fine, but I felt like we used soap quicker that way. We just don't put soap in it anymore.

I love the Avent brush! I also like the Munchkin brush without the foam.

I like the Munchkin ones without the sponge. But the only other one I've used is the Munchkin WITH the sponge, and I didn't like that one.

We have this Tommee Tippee one and really like it. It is the first and only bottle brush we ever purchased :)Looks similar to the OXO one posted as well (this OXO little gadget brush thing is also amazing and perfect for cleaning pump parts!!)

FYI, the avent one does not fit inside the medela bottles. i have the avent one as it came with the kit i bought, but i don't use it often. i have a random one, don't know what it's called, but i want to get a new one too that is better and fits all my bottles.

I actaully don't mind the cheap ones because when they fall apart I get a new one and know its clean. After a while, like a sponge, I start to wonder how clean is the brush.

That's true...the handle snapped in half and it was really uncomfortable to use though.

@tequiero21: well i feel silly now! when i first got the brush i tried to gently fit it in the medela bottles and it wouldn't go in, so i gave up pretty easily. Since I saw your post, I just tried again and realized if i use just a tiny bit of force, it goes in fine like you said!! It just didn't fit in as easily like it did in the wider avent bottles, so i never tried any further!!
