I was given pump by a friend as well and I only replaced the tubing... I just boiled the flanges.

I replaced everything-tubing, flanges, and I got the spare part kit. If you go to the Medlea website you can get the tubing and spare part kit together-it saves a little bit of money i think to buy them together-don't quote me on it though.

I've never had any milk get in the tubes on my freestyle, just the flanges so I wouldn't even bother repalcing it, but that's just me.

I never had milk touch the tubes, but I would replace the rest of it. Anything that might come in contact with milk I would replace, it can't hurt!
