I'm running out of ideas and I feel bad sending a pb & j everyday for dd (20 months), her teachers mentioned that we should pack more at lunch. Daycare provides snacks but we usually pack a pb & j (one piece of bread cut into cubes) and two sides either a fruit (clementine, berries, applesauce packet, etc) or vegetable (tomatoes/cucumber) or cheese or yogurt. She will only sometimes eat the cheese and I can barely get her to eat meat at home so I'm afraid to send that.
She would gladly eat crackers, cereal bars, and other carb-y stuff but I try to balance it out. Any ideas?
