I plan to have her try the things I did: violin, dance, soccer, and volleyball. If she likes any of those, great, if not, we can try whatever she wants to! I hope she finds something she loves.

Whatever they want! But ideally I'd like my son to be enrolled in some sport of his choice and my daughter to be in dance classes (like her mama!).

Whatever they want but we'll definitely be trying soccer and baseball to see if he likes them! And probably some kind of music... Preferably piano since I play and we own one.

I want her to do dance, which I think she'll love. I've already taught her how to put her hands up and twirl like a ballerina
DH and I were both in band so I hope she does that too.

I would like him to play at least one sport, preferably baseball or track/cross-country (DH is especially hoping/planning to push for the latter). I didn't play any sports in HS and I regret it now.
I'd also like him to do something more creative--Newspaper, Yearbook, Theater, Music....I was editor of my HS Yearbook for two years, and DH did set design/building for the drama department and those are things we're really glad we did.
And lastly, I'd like him to pursue an academic extracurricular. French club, or math club, or science club, Debate, Senate, whatever he's interested in. I was in the National Honor Society.
Annnd if he's not overloaded by these + the Honors/AP classes I expect him to take (if he's got the skills for them) I'd also like him to join a service organization or otherwise volunteer. In HS I was a member of Tri-Theta and Big Brother/Big Sister and DH volunteers with his work to expand/repair/maintain bike paths in the Harrisburg region.

We're gonna let her try everything, but we hope she likes Soccer, Taekwondo and playing the piano!
She loves to dance and sing so we'll see if she's interested in taking classes/lessons.

Derp. For my son, anything really except football.
I'd like for him to play an instrument or two too.

We are doing gymnastics and swimming right now. He will start violin at 3 years old. He shows an interest in baseball so tball at 4. Otherwise he will do one artistic thing and one physical thing all the time.
