LO is doing great eating... things she likes. But she doesn't like that many things and we are pretty limited in a lot of ways (no dairy, soy, avocado, citrus, or tomatoes-- for now at least hopefully not forever). I keep trying new stuff with her every day or two because repeated exposure definitely helps, but I am such a boring (and sort of bad) eater it is honestly so hard for me to think of things to offer her that are healthy and don't have stuff she can't have. I do try to adapt our dinners for her to give her some variety, but we eat the same 10 or so things so there really isn't THAT much variety there either lol.

Her staples right now are a waffle for breakfast and a veggie/egg scramble for lunch almost every day, both with fruit. Snacks are kid food-- cheerios, melts, pouches, baby nutrigrain bars, fruit. Dinner is generally adapted from what we eat (like hamburger with oven fries and peas, pasta tossed in olive oil with chicken sausage and peppers, rotisserie chicken with asparagus, etc). She doesn't like much meat, generally spits out anything other than chicken sausage or rotisserie chicken, but tonight she actually ate a few bites of hamburger so ya know... progress!

Anyways, I'd love to hear what foods are in heavy rotation for your kids. I just need more ideas because I stand in the grocery store and feel dumb that I can't think of more interesting things to feed my kid haha.
