DD refluxes, spits,etc. like no other and we go through a bunch of bibs a day. So far my favorite are he AA snap bibs (not the little bibs) because they absorb a bunch and have multiple snaps so they will fit for longer.
Which bibs do you like, why?

We have a spitter as well, and he gets a rash from it! So, we have liked these:
The extra padding around the neck area helps absorb more and keep it from getting in his neck rolls!

@citymouse: I was coming to recommend these! Drool is our issue right now & LO gets rashes in her neck rolls from it but these really help. I like that they are plain too because I feel like so many bibs are too busy & distract from cute outfits.

@MrsH: same! They went longer on R so were great for catching it when she was sitting up or crawling even.

@MrsH: which bibs are you referring to? I need to get DS some more bibs because he's been a crazy drooler lately. These doesn't seem to be the ones you're talking about since I don't see multiple snaps...

When DS was on a milk only diet we liked the tommee tippee bib linked to above. Now that we are on purees we LOVE this one -

I just bought a few H&M bibs that look more like bandannas than bibs. Wish I'd had them when LO was younger!
