We gave DS canned peas last night and he was obsessed. I don't think I've ever seen him put food into this mouth that quickly.
We haven't seen DD show that much enthusiasm. She does eat her food. I would say she likes her sweet potato.

DD2 (2 years): Raw peppers, cucumbers, pickles & olives (do those count?!), corn on the cob, and lettuce if it has vinegar-based salad dressing. She used to love broccoli but I think we overdid it and she's over it now.
DD1 (4 years): Raw carrots, corn, and as of yesterday, orange bell peppers. She can be convinced to eat peas and broccoli without too much force, but doesn't love them.

B will pretty much only eat cucumber so I guess that's his favourite? The middles of cucumber, because he won't eat the skin.

I don't really count it as a vegetable, but she's obsessed with corn on the cob.
She'll eat carrot sticks pretty consistently so that's probably next.

Corn on the cob. She tried it for the first time this weekend. She held my hand so I couldn't take it away from her mouth!

E is 4, his favorite vegetable is one that isn't anywhere near his plate.
He'll eat raw carrots, that's about it.

Mine is almost 2.5 and will only eat sweet potato fries (not exactly a veggie lol) and squash. She ate a yellow tomato last night, I think she thought it was an orange. She will drink veggies if I make smoothies though. But somehow she eats veggies about 50% of the time at daycare. Just not at home. I think it's peer pressure

Broccoli (2 years old), followed by lima beans or edamame, carrots if they're cooked, and cucumbers.

Corn, on or off the cob. She inhales it. Oh and mashed potatoes, if that counts as a vegetable - she cries if we try to offer her something else before the mashed potatoes are 100% gone.

Green (and white) beans are the current favorite., but asparagus was a nice surprise too. Canned corn is a pretty reliably demolished too.
