What kind of bottle do you use? Does your LO have a preference?
We are currently just attaching a nipple to the medela pumping bottles but are considering switching to the Dr. Browns bottles.

We went through a few. Started with breastflow, then drop ins, and ended with playtex ventair. Dh and I are very lazy when it comes to bottle cleaning, so easy to clean was a must.

We're still using the Medela bottles. Nothing fancy and she has zero issue with them (gas, etc) so I'm not inclined to change.
We have playtex drop-ins, too, but the nipple base part seems too big for her. She can't seem to get her mouth around it as well as the medela nipples

First we did Advent classic, then Dr. Brown's, currently Tommee Tippee.

We've had great luck with Dr. Browns. We've used tommee tippee but didn't love them.

We use avent. Next time, we'll use dr.browns. We used those at first but stopped when he got into bigger bottles.

We use dr. Brown's. My LO was a preemie & those seemed to work best for her.

We'd tried Avent, but he really didn't like that. We've tried Nuk and he seems to like it a bit better, but I think it will take some time before he will consistently take a bottle.

We used the playtex drop ins. We were lazy with bottle cleaning, and had 8 bottles and 16 nipples. I liked being able to make 8 bottles at a time (formula fed) and only having to clean them once a day! The drop in liners were convenient, too.

We started with Advent, but now she won't take them. Tried Playtex drop ins, Dr Browns but seems to like Tommee the best now.

Tommee Tippee. She's done great with them. I love that the wide nipple base is more similar to a breast shape.

Dr. Brown's. I hate cleaning all the parts, but she takes them well and switches easily from breast to bottle so I don't want to mess with a good thing.

Started with Lansinoh mOmma bottles, now Playtex Ventaire or drop-ins... They use the same nipple.

For the first 2.5 months Sadie used the Gerber essentials bottles because the little nipples were the only one she could latch onto with her retracted jaw. I loved them... they were only like $3 for 3 bottles & super easy to clean. Now, though, it takes too long to get the formula out of the small nipple & she gets frustrated. We switched to Tommee Tippee & they are awesome. Still on level one of the anti-colic nipples, and they're great. I avoided Dr. Brown's because I'm too lazy to clean all of those parts!

We started with Avent but she was a super messy eater with them, which our pedi said was a common complaint. We've been using Dr. Browns since then and love them. They have a lot of parts but we just throw everything but the nipple in the dishwasher so cleaning is about as easy as can be!

Started with doctor brown (great!) for the first few months and went to playtex drop ins after that for the simplicity. Next time I don't think I will though because I cringe a little with each liner..
@photojane: We used doctor brown standard nipples because C didn't usually open her mouth very wide either.

We started with Similac, no dice. J hated them. Went to Dr Browns but I went crazy with the parts and j wasn't great w/them and made the switch to Nuk and never looked back!

Avent natural and Lansinoh mOmma so far. LO doesn't use bottles often, but they seem to work well enough. We'll see when I go back to work.

I'm keeping it simple with my newborn and we are using one Dr. Brown's glass bottle. My older LO was fickle with bottles and we had to change them up frequently!

We started with the medela nipples/bottles but switched to the comotomo bottles which our LO likes (and gives him less gas).

We've used Born Free bottles from the start, and we've never had an issue.
