Before my dad remarried I spent a lot of time in family care. My aunt ran (and still does) an in home daycare. When he remarried I stayed with my stepmother. When I was with my mom I went to a small daycare center.

My mom was home with us when we were really young then we went to daycare (it was called nursery school back then). Once we were in elementary school we had a babysitter.

My mom was a SAHM, so I stayed with her until I went to a half-day preschool at 4.
