Umm I think the medium came with the pump, I got & use the small.

I use one 24 and one 27. My nipples arvasically the same size, but one angles in a way that would rub.

This is probably a dumb question, but how do you know what size to use? I am using the 24mm and now I am wondering if that is what is causing my discomfort.

One size smaller than the ones that come with Medela pumps.

@MrsHotDog: The standard flanges were rubbing against my nipples so I went up a few sizes. I think there is a diagram in the Ameda and Medela websites about proper flange sizes!

In the past I've used 24, 25, 27, 28, 30 (I have two different pumps and there flanges are sized differently)
