I think it gets hard to keep track of who has been through what here. I know a lot of us have been through several. I'm not only talking about major treatments, it could be acupuncture and supplements too.
Here is my list:
-3 months of fertility supplements for DH
-Varicocele surgery for DH
-2 unmedicated IUI cycles
-2 Clomid cycles
-1 fresh IVF cycle
-2 FETs

One year of trying naturally followed by another year with
-3 Clomid with TI
-1 Clomid IUI
-2 Femera IUI
-1 IVF, none to transfer

One year of actively TTC (though with only 6-7 cycles)
- 2 rounds of Letrozole/Femara (2.5 & 5 mg) with TI, found out both were anovulatory cycles
- 1 round of 50mg clomid, HCG trigger & TI
- 2 rounds of 150 mg clomid, HCG trigger & IUI, first IUI resulted in CP
- took medicated cycle break, started acupuncture, had HSG
- continued medicated cycle break (21 months of TTC?) with fertility acupuncture, increased daily calories, BFP
ETA: IF treatment began after 12 months of TTC, however RE counted NTNP time, so it was 15/16 months before intervention, & two years before my sticky BFP.

IF treatment started roughly 16 months after TTC. Had a chemical about 9-10 months in initially.
Treatment included:
- 4 total medicated rounds - 3 Clomid 50mg and 1 Letrozole/Femara 5mg maybe?
- 3 IUIs combined with above, 2 with Ovidrel trigger
- Far too many cycles with progesterone too
Also tried acupuncture for a period of time, PreSeed almost every cycle, HSG, and a fertility supplement powder thing for a couple months but I can't remember the name of it.
My success came after Letrozole/Femara with Ovidrel and IUI. I don't know if it was because the IUI was earlier that cycle, the different drug... Maybe cause I asked the pharmacist to give me lucky pills?!

I did: acupuncture,
3 monitored Clomid+Iui cycles
1 IVF (successful)
It looks so simple laid out like that, but it sure didn't feel that way. We spent 20 months TTC all in all, 6 months with RE.

3 miscarriages inbetween all this..
7 rounds of clomid
HSG all clear; possible septum
Next up- hysteroscopy
Doesn't seem all that bad... Yet.

We went straight to the RE once we decided we were ready to TTC. With my history of no period we didn't have to wait the one year (though we hadn't been preventing for the last 4 years anyway...)
We did:
4 rounds of clomid + TI
2 rounds of femara + TI
Took a break to find a new RE. I felt like our first one wasn't taking us seriously since I was only 27. Then with the new RE we did:
2 rounds of Follistim + trigger + IUI
Our second IUI resulted in a BFP.

TTC 4.5 years before success. Went to IF specialist a lil after 1 year. This is what I can remember
Lots of TI using preseed etc.

Acupuncture, herbs and daily cycle monitoring at a clinic. Conceived twice, lost the second.
I think if we get our health coverage back we are going to try Letrozole as our next step.

1 MMC and D+C 
1 year of TI, OPK later - IF work-up
6 months of TI, temping, etc, later - 3 cycles of acupuncture, Clomid, monitoring and IUI
6 months later - 1 round of IVF resulted in blighted ovum and D+C, followed by big, crazy RPL work-up
FET coming up!

To get pregnant the first time:
12 months actively ttc
1 laparoscopic surgery to remove stage IV endometriosis
1 or 2 cycles using progesterone to try to lengthen luteal phase (not successful)
Acupuncture
1 cycle using Clomid and progesterone, successful

My OB/Gyn referred me to a RE after 6 months of TTC.
At month 8, we started IUIs with Femera. We did 3 IUIs before switching to another clinic. Oh, I started regular accupunture at some point during the IUIs.
New clinic diagnosed me with PCOS and DOR and I was put on metformin and dexamethasone. We decided to try IUIs again with Femera. Did another 3 IUIs... All unsuccessful.
Had 2 HSG between both clinics.
Had 1 SHG and will have another before the transfer.
Now, I'm doing IVF with injectibles (follistim & menopur) no Femera. My RE suggested doing the IVF with no fresh transfer. Just FET. I just had my ER and will rest for the next two months before doing the FET in January.
We had some TTC breaks but I think I'm at 28 months of TTC (I lost count), but started TTC back in Nov 2011.
