Something felt "off" during my run the day before my BFP. I also was feeling generally sorry for myself and not being pregnant (I went to a baby shower the day before), so I randomly POAS, forgot about it, and 15 minutes later when DH got home I went back in to find a faint second line.

With both pregnancies, my first symptom was being late. Within a couple of days, I was hit with extreme fatigue. This pregnancy has also brought on a lot of nausea. Oh, and this time around, I ordered a drink one night before I found out and I couldn't even drink it. It tasted like gasoline!

i *think* i felt implantation cramps. but they could have been ovulation cramps. but otherwise i didn't notice a thing.

We weren't actively TTC, so I attributed everything to PMS, even though my period was nearly two weeks late by the time I tested (denial, party of one).
Looking back on it, my nipples were very tender, and I had a weird, metallic taste in my mouth. I also couldn't stand my beloved, morning bowl of oatmeal.

I had to pee more frequently than usual and when I had to go it was URGENT! Other than that I had just a little spotting the day AF was supposed to come but the cramps that normally would follow never showed up.

No period!
I had all the same PMS symptoms I always had so I figured AF was on her way. But I usually have a day or two of spotting before she comes. I had cramping like usual and every time I went to bathroom I was expecting to start. But nothing! The other symptom was that my breasts were still sore. They were always tender right after ovulation and then they would start to feel normal a day or two before AF. I took a HPT the day of my missed period and it was VERY positive.

Boobs got bigger and one tiny amount of spotting on 8 DPO.

My boobs hurt soooo badly. I was also nauseous.

Cramping (although I think I had more than normal due to ovulating lots of eggs thanks to Clomid) and boobs/nipples that REALLY hurt.

I had a really stuffy nose that wouldn't go away (and still hasn't at 19 weeks) as early as 3 or 4 dpo, then I felt period like cramping shortly afterwards. They say it's unusual to feel any symptoms until your missed period, but I totally had a super stuffy nose almost immediately from the progesterone!

I didn't notice anything different. I tested 8dpo and got my BFP.

Waking up at night to pee, tenderness in my ovaries, and super emotional craziness.

Super sore boobs. I remember going to tea with my friends and it hurting to put on a shirt that weekend. I didn't test until the Wednesday after that weekend, but man my boobs hurt. I also had implantation bleeding at work. I tested a day after that.

I was really exhausted, though until the BFP I chalked it up to being busy.

Had to pee constantly due to hormonal changes, then cramps much earlier than usual

Bloating and sore boobs. I was also really emotional for absolutely no reason. I remember crying inconsolably for about an hour. Poor DH didn't know what to do with me!

I had some badish cramping the night before BFP, other than that, nothing.

Feeling OFF. I couldn't pinpoint it as anything but it made me so suspicious (and also wonder if it was in my head) that I took 2 tests WAY early (thinking maybe I O'd a different time- BFN) and then at 4 weeks, BFP. I did have some crazy diarrhea but I think that might have been related to something I ate?

I didn't have any. The month before I thought I was pregnant because I had so many side effects from getting off the pill. Sore boobs, dizzy, etc. But the month I was actually pregnant I had nothing.

Both times I thought for sure AF was coming...I had no idea. Both times DH said he knew because my boobs were bigger

i didn't feel any symptoms during the 2ww. they started around the 6 week mark -- nausea!

All I had were some weird twinges, that I totally thought were cramps from my impending period. In retrospect, they really didn't feel like cramps at all.

I was never really patient during TWW so I'd test, but first symptom were bigger boobs!

I'm such a dummy I didn't know I was prego until 10 weeks. I kept telling my BFF that my boobs were hurting soooo bad when I was on the treadmill and I needed to get a new sports bra! HA HA jokes on me!

I had clear skin - which normally is broken out before AF arrives...I will take clear skin as a symptom ANYday! Oh, also, no sore boobs. So basically, having no symptoms was my clue.

i felt kinda "off" i actually thought i was coming down with a UTI so i ordered cranberry juice at the bar we were at the night before i got my bfp. that and the excessive saliva. Maybe i'm weird....

I had implantation bleeding/cramping, so that was probably my 'first' symptom. Then at 10DPO or so I was on a road trip with friends and we sat down to eat at a restaurant. I'd POAS that morning and it was negative. The table next to us got served their food and one of the meals was some kind of meat dish with lots of gravy and steamed veggies. I almost vomited right then and there. Suddenly felt all sweaty and nauseous and had to choke down my salad that I'd ordered.. I POAS the next morning and it was positive. Those mini bouts of nausea stuck around for a couple more weeks -- along with boob soreness and some bloating... until the really severe m/s set in!

@LindsayInNYC: Yep. I ordered two entire dinners at a restaurant where I usually can't even finish half my food! The nausea didn't set in until week 7 or so.
