Anything! Those are nice amounts of space in that bento.

How about small sandwiches in the largest far-right compartment, hummus in the middle circle, baby carrots or small crackers directly above, celery sticks (or other veggie for dipping into hummus) in the long bottom space and cut up fruit in the left top space.

I do these for daycare for T 2x a week.

Avacado, shredded cheese, chopped ham or turkey, black beans, cottage cheese, raspberries, blueberries, fried rice, steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, peas, corn, etc

We have this same one and I love it! I pack sandwich or wrap in the big section, then a fruit and a veggie in the next 2 biggest, crackers/pretzels in the 2nd smallest and dried cranberries or yogurt covered raisins in the smallest.

We have a Yumbox but same idea.

Bentos are great! We also have Yumboxes, here are a couple we have made for our 4 year old.

Are your kids' schools good about returning bento supplies (like the silicone cupcake liners)? We're new to sending lunches to school, and I've been using paper ones b/c I'm afraid they'll toss my silicone ones! I used to buy them at Daiso for $1/pack and didn't care, but now that I can't replace them so cheaply, I don't want them getting thrown out!

@2littlepumpkins: Yeah, it's warm. I usually pack the night before but if I'm doing pasta I'll heat up the pasta and add it in the morning. So it's usually room temperature by the time my LO eats it (which she prefers because she's sensitive to heat) and we haven't had any issues!

He eats it room temp.
