My LO has been rejecting formula during the day for a while, so I find myself throwing out a ton of formula because he won't drink it after mixing. Then when he started daycare at 11.5 months, I decided to chill and let them do whatever (he's in the 12-18 month room and kids there drinks cow's milk). He tried cow's milk in a cup happily! He gobbled them down during the daytime (with meals) since. I still give him a bottle of formula first thing in the morning and before bedtime though, which he'd drink 2-5 oz depending on what he feels like.

People say no cow's milk before 1, and I feel like I was being judged when I told my fellow mommy friends... but it just seems so natural!

When did you first introduce cow's milk to your LO?
