LO is 7 months and when I was feeding her some of my baked potato and mixed it with a little bit of my steamed fish. She liked it so I gave her a good amount of it.
How old was your LO when you let them try fish for the first time?

Mmm...I don't remember exactly. 7 or 8 months maybe? It was broiled salmon, I think.

Fish was around 7 or 8 months. Now that she's 13 months she eats fish on a regular basis (we eat seafood several times a week) and has also tried all kinds of shellfish.
