LO is still using medium flow nipples at a little over 9 months.
When did you switch to a fast flow nipple?

Since she took breastmilk from a bottle, we never did. We just stayed at the slow flow.

Bumping this....LO is 7 months and has been using level 2 for about 3 months. He is exclusively bottle fed. Wondering why and when you switched to faster flow!

We never moved past the newborn/slow flow nipple. My son threw a fit every time we tried a medium flow nipple.

I never ended up switching. LO eats more solids and it didn't seem necessary!

7 or 8 months maybe? Medium was so slow. I switched and she was fine with it.

We just switched to level 3 nipples because it seemed like she was getting irritated that he wasn't getting it fast enough. She sucks the bottles down in half the time, although she will spit up a little if she moves around a lot shortly after eating.

DD has always been on the slow flow nipple for Tommee Tippee bottles - I was told a long time ago to stay with a slower flow so the baby doesn't prefer the bottle over breast. DD is almost 11 months. Should I switch to medium flow?
