Age 3 or 4? Earlier or later?

My friend swears it happens after they are fully potty trained (night included) and out of diapers.

@brownie: haha my dd has been fully trained for almost a year! When she eats a lot she still gets a pot belly! Will be 3 in march!

My 28 month old still gets a huge one, it is so adorable. She's pretty small, not a lot of space for it to go.
