My 2am and 6 am pumping sessions produce the most milk. The other sessions are average or low.

11:00 a.m. for me, but I pump at 6:00 a.m. (after feeding baby at 5:00 a.m.), 11:00, and 3:30. I think if I didn't feed him first, I'd definitely get the most first thing in the morning! But that's also because my last feed is at 9:00 p.m.

9pm, but only because I haven't nursed or pumped in 5 hours (I give bottles of pumped milk before bed). It would totally be my 6am pump, but I nurse them and then pump.

My first pumping session of the morning, around 6am (last pumping was at 10pm the night before). I nurse D on one side and then pump the other, and I usually get 4-5oz from that one side.

Usually my first pump of the day, unless AF is around, then strangely it's my middle of the day pump.
