I started giving them to Olive around 7-8 months. I've heard that babies can't choke on them because of the hollow center.

Daycare actually started giving them to her this week. I was too nervous to do it because I didn't think they dissolved as easily as the puffs, but it's no problem for her. She's almost 7.5 months.

I started off with puffs. I think we gave m Cheerios at around 8-9 months.

We just started yesterday - at 8 months! It took him a day to figure out how to pick them up and put them in his mouth. so cute
We went to a nutritionist 3 weeks ago (so he was 7+ months old) and she said we could give it to him then because 1. he's sitting up ; 2. he's picking things up and putting them in his mouth. Husband didn't want to do it then because he heard they'd start to refuse purees once they started cheerios. So we'll see.....
