YEP! Always always!!! Usually about a week after I'm feeling better, I'll notice my supply is back up to normal! And while I'm sick, I just pump pump pump extra to get the amounts I need! Hope you feel better soon and your supply improves!

@Adira: whew! i was starting to stress myself out over the low supply but now i can attribute it to my cold and stop stressing...lol

@butterbean: Yep, it's totally normal!! Though it sucks, especially if you were JUST barely meeting your quota beforehand! While you're sick, try to drink more liquids and pump extra so your body knows not to start slacking! And once you're better, it should go back up to normal!

Yes, my supply always dips when I'm sick....like right now!
It always rebounds back to normal!
