To answer your question, the sore boobs and fatigue hit instantly. The MS didn't hit until 6 weeks.

First, YAY!!!!! Congrats!
Other than a lot of exhaustion, the first symptom I had was a little bit of queasiness around the beginning of week 5, which turned into full blown morning sickness about a week later. I was pregnant with twins, though, so I think I had m/s earlier than most people.

@Mrs. Blue: Twins how fun! My DH was thinking it could be twins since our numbers tripled and some, but I told him I think they would of been higher initially

@FaithFertility: never know! My RE suspected multiples because my numbers quadrupled. Instead, I've got one baby!

I had random one-off symptoms around my BFP, but they didn't set in for real until about 8 weeks.
pomelo / 5326 posts
Awesome news!! I thought I felt ill the weekend I got my BFP when I was like 10 DPO, but likely just my mind playing tricks on me. It got bad around 6-7 weeks, stayed until 16 weeks, and came back with a vengeance at 22 weeks. Ugh. I hope you don't get ms at all!

Congratulations! So exciting - I love hearing about others who get pregnant naturally after a long time. My morning sickness started at 6 weeks. Other symptoms were a little later I think.
