I had been getting it at the grocery store but I'm wondering if Costco carries and is maybe cheaper for large quantities? I guess Target and Walgreens are an option...

We always got formula at Target. Every so often they have those sales where you spend $100 on baby stuff and you get a ($25?) gift card.

I usually get ours at BJ's but Target usually almost every week has buy 2 or 3 and get a $10 or $15 gift card.

Target (and actually I use the target brand formula and my kid is happy with it).

Sam's Club. We buy the ready to feed formula and it's cheaper from Sam's Club in bulk than Amazon.

Target, up&up brand. He was on Enfamil before and I had no problem switching.

It's been a few years but we used the Kirkland kind from Costco and it worked well for us. I'd always read that it was likely produced by one of the other big formula companies, tweaked slightly, and then put in Kirkland packaging. They also carry some other name brands but it's been a few years for me.

When we bought formula, ordering via subscribe & save on Amazon was the cheapest. We don't have a Costco nearby, but have BJ's and even with a coupon it was cheaper on Amazon.

When I was buying formula for DD1 I got it at Target (Allimentum, so my choices were limited) and for DD2 she was on the Sam's Club version of Similiac, cheap and she had no issues with it.

We use Target brand so Target! And they run great sales every 1-2 months where you get a gift card if you spend a certain amount on baby products.

Amazon subscribe and save! If you have 5 or more monthly subscriptions, you save 15%. Diapers are 20% off!

We did Costco for formula. It was great. In our area is was around 16.50. Target was ok, but baby preferred the Costco brand- which I am pretty sure was Similac with a different label on it.

@babynumber1: we were convinced that the Kirkland brand was manufactured by similac as well after comparing labels. They were virtually identical.

We purchased through Amazon's subscribe and save, mostly because I have twins so we went through it fast, and I didn't leave the house with enough frequency to purchase from an actual store.

We got similac at Costco. I think this time around we'll be trying the Kirkland brand.

We did a cost comparison a few months ago of Walmart, Target, Sam's Club, Costco, Amazon, etc. and it looked like Sam's Club was the cheapest then.

I used to price compare on amazon, diapers.com, and target.com.

I did Target and stock up when they have coupon deals, etc. I'd also snatch them on Amazon if there're special deals/sales.

We used Enfamil, and Target was always the cheapest with coupons and promotions. Whenever I bought some, I'd get a cash register coupon for $5 or more off my next purchase of Enfamil at Target, which was great when combined with the giftcard promos.

@travellingbee: I think I get the best deal at Target or my local grocery store.

Another vote for Target. I try to take advantage of the deal when they have them.

Another vote for Target. I try to take advantage of the deals as well (gift card, cartwheel, etc.).

My first took the sensitive formula from Target. My second started off with Gerber Goodstart but we needed a cheaper option. She didn't respond well to Target or Costco brands but she did well on the formula from Aldi!
