We live in a suburb with average public schools. I want to start doing some more research in the schools in our area and nearby to start thinking about wjere we want to send her in a few years.

I would prefer she go to public schools, but I am not opposed to private. I just dontreally know what resources to use to make my determination.

Did you take tours of schools? Research online? Purposely move into a neighborhood with good schools so you knew in advance it would be the right place for LO?
