Family. My parents are the only ones I will have watch her overnight so far. My parents and my sister are the ones we use the most.

We have a group of three young women (they are all friends and roommates) who we use - it's great because we just send an email with dates we want and they work out who gets which dates.

MIL, she loves to babysit and then my mom is a close second, although my MIL does more. I feel bad asking my parents since they babysit for both of my sisters all the time.

Either MIL or a sorority sister of mine who watches E once a week

My younger sister is our go to babysitter. She lives with us and watches LO1 every Friday night.

I have two sitters, just out of college, that I met through a part time job I had. -

One of LO's former daycare workers who babysits as well. She's pretty reliable and loves her "kids."

We usually do a swap with other friends. If that doesn't work we hire a girl from church.

Up til a few months ago, it was one of Wagon Jr's daycare teachers. But she was rarely available. No family around and it was brutal for 4+ years. But recently, family has moved in next door and they sit for us all the time! Every Wednesday is a scheduled date night.

My niece & my mom. My niece was more convenient. She would come over our house, but she just left for college so, my mom is primary now!

So jealous of everyone with family nearby:( We have one of LO's daycare teachers who babysits on the side but we have to get a backup as well in case she isn't available sometime, and I haven't gotten around to it yet.

I think it will be MIL actually, since my mom will be helping out during the week. I'm assuming this is for emergency or weekends, so I'm sure MIL will jump for the opportunity since she won't see my LO during the week at all!
