I wind up having to eat and pump simultaneously if I don't have a long break...and it is hard! I get kind of nauseous when I pump and eating is totally unappealing.

Yes, until I dropped to one pump session last week, I had to pump while eating lunch every day. It has never made me nauseas, but it's so much more relaxing to eat lunch now that I don't have to pump at the same time!

I was on a time frame for lunch breaks so I had to pump and eat at the same time. I got pretty good at it!

i will but try not to - i find it irritating.
