Our Zoli cup has a crack in the bottom so now it leaks
It looks like they do not take them back either.
What has your exp. with the cup been? I am not sure if I want to purchase another if this will happen again - they are pricy!!

Our Zoli leaked like a b!tch so I returned back to Amazon to exchange for a ThinkBaby.

My Zoli leaks all of the time too, even without a crack. For all the hype it gets I'm not very impressed.

They work great for us with water but not so great with milk.

@autumnlove: why not with milk?
I was thinking of keeping it for his milk cup (he doesn't toss it) and getting something else for water.

I haven't had too many leaks with our Zoli cup because I always readjust the top part. I'll fill it up with water and flip it upside and shake it for a few seconds. If water comes out, I unscrew it and screw it back. I do this a few times until there's not as much water coming out (a little bit come out through the straw). It's a pain in the booty though. But my DD loves her zoli cup too much and won't take any other kind!

We've had pretty good luck, she's broken a few by tossing them on the ground repeatedly but that's not a manufacturing error, that's a toddler error :T
I really like it. It's not perfect but it does the trick for us!

@littlebittyhouse: I have no clue...sometimes it gushes up the straw when we use it with milk!

We haven't had problems with cracks yet but have also had leaking issues with the straw. Their customer service isn't great. Two straws ripped when I was removing them to wash, and I emailed them, and they told me they sell straw replacement packs online. For $8 or whatever it was. Yeah thanks. And of course I bought the replacements because the cup is too pricey to toss. I've been searching around for another good straw sippy (didn't love the lollacup) but no luck so we're sticking with the Zoli's for now.

@littlebittyhouse: my experience is that these cups are delicate but I still love them. One of hours broke but luckily it was just the egde of the botttom that broke so it doesnt leak. The straws need replacing fairly often and the cup itself leaks from the lid every now and then
I still love it better than all other straw/sippy cups I have tried

This is the #1 reason we stuck with the cheapy Playtex insulated cups. I've heard SO MANY bad things about the Zoli cups. For $15 a cup, you'd think it's be the best damn cup on earth.

I still love the cup despite the fact that it cracked - I am still going to use it for milk (he doesn't usually throw his milk cup) and use the playtex ones for water (he always throws his water cup).
Maybe I should just work on him not throwing right lol
