I'm new here and would love some help from fellow mamas! I think my 16mo DD is ready to transition from 2 naps a day to 1, but I'm having major difficulties…She currently sleeps from 6:30pm-6am (on average) she gets so sleepy in the mornings and is so hard to keep up past 9am. So she will take a good am nap from about 9-10:30. Then she will get really tired again in the afternoon around 1:30-2. I will try to put her down and she won't fall asleep. She is fine with a little quiet time in her crib for about 30 min or so, but hasn't fallen asleep in the afternoon for over a week. Any tips?! PLEASE!
