I'm having a few ladies over for brunch this weekend. One of them is vegetarian and also generally gluten free. It's a low-key brunch, but I want to make sure that everyone has something filling to eat. Suggestions? Favorite dishes?
One thought I had was a waffle bar with various toppings (with gluten-free waffles)?
Bake for 20-25 minutes. I think 350?
