I know, I know—it isn’t even Halloween yet. But I’m asking because I absolutely have to plan ahead!

I will be busking during the month of December with my harp (busking means playing on the sidewalk for tips) I’m still a novice, so pretty much all the songs I know have been chosen with plans to busk around Christmas.

I would also like to busk during a five day winter festival that happens the last week of January. But it would be hard to learn a whole new set in time, if I don’t do Christmas songs. I mean, it’s possible...just really difficult. But I want to make the most money I can, so it might be worth it.

If you walked by a harpist playing Christmas music on January 28, would you think it’s way past its time? If people think that, they will be less likely to tip, so I would definitely want a different set of songs in that case! What do you think?
