I drank in college, and enjoyed going to bars/clubs shortly after college, but I wouldn't classify myself as a partier. Getting drunk was the worst offense that I committed, and it wasn't to the point where I would get sick or pass out. I enjoyed myself, but not to the extent that others did!

Yes. A little too much. I was super straight-laced in high school and pledged a sorority in college. I went a little nuts. but I survived without any permanent damage.

Yes - in High School and college and then after that I turned into a homebody!

Oh yes. We will definitely talk about responsible drinking. Both of our parents did the same for us, and were available if needed for emergency transportation at 2am with no lecture.

@2PeasinaPod: Same here. In college I focused on school work. Yeah, I drank and went to clubs when I went home and hung out with high school friends. I wasn't part of a sorority. I think i'ven mention it on here that I wish I was but looking back, it would have distracted me. Since I was the first one in my family to go to college and knew I wouldn't have much financial help from my parents to pay for college so I had to focus on school. I stayed at a local campus instead to transferring to the main (larger) campus because of the temptation to party.

I did 'party' (with my girl friends) when I broke up with the now DH for 9 months. It was really enjoying single life and not hard core partying.

Haha, yes! I smoked from 15 on, and used to go to the bars/clubs with my much older friends. I was in an all-girl band and we had a deal with a major label. I thought we were so mature but now I think back and question every adult that was working with us/for us. I can easily see how child actors go down the wrong path!

The fast track to fame didn't work out and honestly by the time I was 21 I was kind of over it.

I was the perfect child in high school and never did anything wrong. When I went away to college I went crazy, and got in trouble a few times. I definitely have some regrets, but glad I grew up from it!

Yes, I sas a total party girl. I got myself into some ridiculous situations and, yes, I think differently about it now I'm a parent!!

Yup. Although I never snuck into a bar or had a fake ID. But sorority life at a big university was intense.

Not sure if you consider staying out till closing time and singing karaoke partying then I was a partier until last year. If you consider drinking wine in my living room with DH after the babe goes to bed then I'm still a partier.

Not in high school, but in college and after college. Nothing TOO crazy, just having a few (a lot of) drinks and staying out late. I lived in NYC after college and bars don't close until super late. One time DH and I fell asleep on the subway and woke up waaaaaay past our stop, lol. Now midnight rolls around and it's past my bedtime

ha yep. Some of the stories I could tell. yikes. It's a real wonder how I got through pretty much unscathed.

Nope. I was always pretty boring

I was a TERRIBLE teenager. Poster child for bad decisions. That being said- I always maintained good grades, even though I got pregnant my senior year. I still graduated valedictorian and had a full scholarship to college. I haven't partied since.

@hotchildinthecity: we camped out on Sundays at a local bar too. Playoffs were the best because we'd go Saturday and Sunday and just watch football all weekend. It was sooooo fun and probably one of the few things of pre-kid life we really really long for

I definitely did my fair share of experimental stuff, haha. But I was lucky and never had a bad experience or nothing ever happened I didn't want to happen.

Yes! I rarely party these days but I have such fond memories of my high school/college days. Some stories I will share with LO and many I won't!

No I was pretty much always lame. I mean I did the requisite partying my freshman year of college because thats what you do. But after that I decided it wasn't worth it and did most of my drinking at home (I did have friends and hung out with people/drank a good bit-- I just hate parties and bars)

I got in with the party crowd in high school. We threw the parties everyone wanted to go to. I drank way too much and also picked up smoking then (I eventually quit). Looking back though, it was one of the most free times of my life and I wouldn't change anything.

We partied some into college but I got over the whole scene pretty quickly.

Oh absolutely, and I don't regret a second of it. And DH and I both partied a lot together after we met and started dating. I'm glad we got to enjoy that aspect of life before having kids.

Weirdly, the biggest partying time of my life was law school! Those people can drink. My third year, most people didn't have Friday classes so we had "Bad Decision Thursdays" out at the bars. I think everyone knew it was sort of a last hurrah before real life started.
