Do you change your baby's regular clothes into more comfortable clothes/pjs for his naps? LO is 5 months old and spends most of his time in cotton tops and bottoms OR one pieces. I would love to dress him in cuter clothes (like jeans and sweaters) but he takes 3-4 naps a day and I'm not sure if he would be comfortable sleeping in those clothes.
I should mention that he also gets zipped into a sleep sack.
What do you do?

I leave her in her clothes unless they're particularly uncomfortable. Jeans I'd probably change, but she often wears sweater/hoodie and leggings and I just leave her in that. She's 4mos.
I have a feeling I'll be changing her many times on Christmas day as she has cute party dresses, but they feel so crunchy for napping or going in the car seat.

I leave him in what he's wearing. Sometimes I take off pants that have a snap at the waist since he's a tummy sleeper

She stays in her clothes and gets zipped into a sleep sack. I take out any clips or elastics in her hair though.

Jeans and real pants only get worn when we go out. When we're home it's sweatpants or fleece pants so I don't change him for naps.

I take her pants off but leave her top on and zip her into the sleep sack like that.

Sometimes I change jeans into sweatpants, but that's it. Unless they're his fleece-lined jeans, then I don't worry about it.

I do the same as @MrsF: - take his pants off if they're not the soft kind, leave his top on and put the sleep sack on. That's how I'd like to take a nap if I were him.
