So, 3.5 month old DD had colic and reflux (she's on meds now, keeping the reflux under control). We also discovered a dairy intolerance a few weeks ago. All of that contributed to poor night sleep at bedtime. So, from about 2-3.5 months we held and rocked her at bedtime until about 10pm or so, gave her a "dream feed" since she was sleeping, then she would fall asleep for the night, and thankfully sleep for 3-4 hours.
Once we got the dairy out of her diet we were able to start putting her down to sleep after her nighttime bottle areond 8. She would sleep 45 mins or so at a time and we'd have to go back in and soothe her a few times until about 10 pm when we gave her another bottle, and again, she'd sleep well for a few hrs.
Then there were a few nights where she screamed about that 10pm bottle, so we let it go and one night she sleep from 8pm-2am!!! Then, she slept until morning! It was miraculous! However, since that night it has gotten worse again. The last two nights she only sleep for 30 mins before waking up and then needed to be rocked(wouldn't be soothed any other way) and back to the 10 pm bottle.

Did any other kiddos have this issue? I know part of the problem is that she was used to us holding and rocking her at that time. But, we did it because she needed it with all her tummy issues. Now, she doesn't need it and im not sure how to get her to sleep in her bed again. She does it at naps and she did it that once so beautifully so I know she's capable!

Who has survived this and what did you do?
