Yes to the point I felt I gave birth to the same baby twice. As they get older they look different I think, as they should as they are opposite sexes but there are still times looking back that they just look so similar

@Mrs. Chocolate: wow they are adorable and so similar. my dad and his sister who are 4 years apart looked so similar at birth that my Grandma had to check the diaper to make sure it was a girl! Haha they look related for sure but very different as they grew up.
