LO has been off track with her sleep lately (see my other post) because of a combination of getting lax on her schedule and because she's going through another language explosion.

Out of no where, she started stringing long sentences together and knowing the word for just about anything I show her which is all pretty new for her. And sure enough, her sleep is out of wack as well. She's usually a marathon sleeper without issue but lately she's been very agitated at bed time and just messed up in general surrounding sleep.

This happens just about every time she reaches some kind of mental or physical milestone. She is off track for a couple of weeks and then goes back to being her usual self.

Thankfully, I think we are nearing the end as she's been more and more agreeable about sleep over the last several days. Phew!

What types of things disturb your LOs sleep schedule? Does reaching milestones impact their sleep?
