Hey all! I was wondering for many of us are on an elimination diet while nursing our littles ones? Whether it be a dairy or soy elimination, all the way down to a Top 8 or TED...I thought we could offer each other some advice and support and maybe some yummy recipes?!

I'm currently on an elimination from milk, soy, wheat, peanut, tree nut, egg, fish, shellfish, gluten, rice, and oats, but I am getting ready to move forward with a TED. DS was diagnosed with FPIES and I'm trying to establish a good baseline and get rid of what is left in my diet that is still acting as a trigger. You?
