So DH needs to be on a low fodmap diet. We eat pretty balanced almost all home cooked meals and he has been gluten free for 6 months now and that was an easy transition for all of us.

I am struggling to figure out how to support his dietary needs while also feeding the kids. Some of this is because the list of low fodmap foods is complicated and not obvious and its all new.

I would love tips from others about low fodmap diets and also managing restricted diets in general.
