@whenoceansrise: Oooh 6 dpo! you're getting there!! Thankfully the weekend is coming up which can be a good distraction until 10 dpo, right?

I'm doing well. I've got an appointment next Thursday with a RE to talk about RPL. The office has great reviews and their website says they talk to women who have had 2 losses in a row (some make you wait until 3), and so it will be nice to chat with her and just get her opinion on where to go from here.

Also, yes I want to follow you ladies on instagram! I'll wall you with my name!

I think the pope has been reading our posts.

    http://www.catholicnews.com/data/stories/cns/1401465.htm

    (excerpt)
People can choose either to tackle life's challenges with the loving and wise heart of God or be driven by their own passions and interests, Pope Francis said.

All people, whether they know it or not, have access to the gift of the Holy Spirit, "who teaches us to see with God's eyes, to feel with God's heart, to speak with God's words," helping people build a peaceful and loving home, church and world, he said.

Okay ladies!!! I need your eyes. So from top to bottom are the tests that I have taken. #1 is from 3pm yesterday, #2 is from 9pm yesterday and #3 is from noon today (it was less than a 1 hour hold, so I hope that didn't skew the results.) What are your thought? Did I O last night or today? I know you can only guess because I don't temp. Should I BD one last time today? I feel like such a bother lately but I really appreciate it.

@simplyfelicity: I think you should BD today and tomorrow. Seems like your surge is still going strong! Some people have longer surges too. I don't think you O'd yet! Keep testing! Once your line fades then I'd say you are close to O or already O'd.

@snowjewelz: Ok...the control line and test line are swapped in the last pic. Sorry!

  8. snowjewelz

    wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts

@simplyfelicity: Oh wait nevermind! It is fading! But I'd still BD today and tomorrow if you want to cover your grounds

  9. whenoceansrise

    nectarine / 2053 posts

@simplyfelicity: yeah it looks like it's fading. I agree with snowjewelz and think you should BD today and tomorrow to be safe!

@whenoceansrise: @snowjewelz: So, I got another positive OPK which makes me wonder if the positives yesterday were actually positive. DH and I are exhausted from BD ED starting CD 7 and I am CD 15. We are going to take tomorrow off and BD Friday. I don't feel confident this cycle since I am having so much trouble pinpointing my O. Next cycle, I am going to get a clear blue easy digital test. Thank you, ladies!

@simplyfelicity: I would say the first one is positive for sure and you probably O'd the day after. I usually O 12-24 hours later. You should have yourself covered if you BD everyday anyway. It's probably not going to be anymore than 36 hours after your first positive. Good luck!!

@simplyfelicity: Remember tho if the test line is not as dark or darker than the control then it's not a true positive! You've done enough! When it starts to get stressful/tiring/not fun, then it's time to take a break! You def hit pre O dates and even if you BD tomorrow, you can be hitting O-1 depending on when you O (def these two days). Don't worry and

@MrsHansen82: The days after AF and before O are the most boring! It's nice that your family will be coming around to distract you some more

@MrsHansen82: @snowjewelz: Thanks, ladies! I really think I od yesterday...either way, we need a mental/physical break! It was all fine until I had trouble reading the tests.

@MrsHansen82: I agree that waiting to O feel so much longer than the TWW. Are you doing anything different this cycle?

  18. simplyfelicity

    cantaloupe / 6634 posts

@whenoceansrise: The last two days have been soooo long waiting for my Lh surge to end. I know the 2ww will be tough but I can finally relax. I just got a for sure negative opk, pretty sure I o-ed yesterday.

    nectarine / 2053 posts

@simplyfelicity: welcome to the TWW! I'm only 7DPO and it's dragging. Thinking I'll test at 10DPO which would be sunday. HURRY UP WEEKEND! Hoping your TWW goes by faster than mine!

ETA: Three more days for you!!!

Needing a moment to vent while I'm in an overly long more-than-TWW (15dpo and counting..sigh.) Having a day where I feel like everyone around me is pregnant but ME. I know it's only my second (very long! ugh.) cycle, but that doesn't make it less annoying. Two friends on FB in the last week have announced pregnancies, my tech at work is 7 months along, I keep seeing nothing but pregnant clients at work lately, my other friend is due in a couple weeks, my best friend has a 7 week old...Blah, is it my turn now?

Sorry, I just needed to whine for a minute, I know it's my PMS talking lol. It would help if my cycles weren't 40+ days, feels like forever between ovulations! Ready for AF and to move on to the next cycle!

  24. snowjewelz

    wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts

@drjolene: take all the time you need! a 40+ day cycles must be maddening! It's funny that we notice it so much more when we're TTC. I didn't really care if people were having children before but of course once we were TTC, every single pregnancy was extra magnified to me!

I was upset for a hot second the year we got married b/c everyone else decided to get married that year too lol.

I hope you feel better soon and get excited to start your new cycle! #3 is the magic #!

    nectarine / 2053 posts

@drjolene: I know how you feel. This is my 6th or 7th cycle (I can't remember) and ALL of my friends are either pregnant or already have babies. I feel left out. Our time will come though!

  26. simplyfelicity

    cantaloupe / 6634 posts

@drjolene: I totally know what you mean and I am so sorry. I keep finding out about people getiing PG from NTNP and I know its only my first cycle TTC but it makes me more anxious/ excited for it to be my "turn." Hang in there lady, it will happen.

@whenoceansrise: only 3 more sleeps until you test! That's so exciting!

@simplyfelicity: good luck with your wait!

@drjolene: I just found out today that a coworker who just got married last month is 3 months pregnant. My initial reaction was that I was "behind" her even though we just started last month! It doesn't help she's the 5th pregnancy at this school this year! I totally get it!

@snowjewelz: how have you been feeling? Has it sunk in yet?

@MrsHansen82: waiting to O seems to take forever. Good luck!

  28. turquoisemama

    persimmon / 1481 posts

@whenoceansrise: @drjolene: @snowjewelz: @simplyfelicity: @As Time Goes By: I feel the same! I see babies and pregnant ladies everywhere! I was getting a massage the other day and I mentioned to the massage therapist that I had AF but we were on cycle 4 of TTC. She starts telling me about her friend who decided she would be okay with getting pregnant and was KU the first month. Cue me nodding graciously saying "Wow, that's great..." I mean I wouldn't wish anyone to have the stress and anxiety if TTC, but it's not what I wanted to hear.

This cycle I'm trying not to worry too much about doing things exactly right. Still drinking caffeine, etc. I want to try and focus on other things and not just make everything about TTC.

@As Time Goes By: I feel good and no it hasn't sink in! I wonder when it will... I'm anxious about an appt I have today, and wondering if I'll get bad m/s!

@MrsHansen82: I used to think those stories were so encouraging when I was preparing to TTC. And then when that wasn't me I was like don't tell me anymore!!

@MrsHansen82: Yeah, it's like an epidemic around here but an epidemic I hope is contagious. I totally know what you mean about not making your whole life TTC! I am also in the drink until it's pink camp. Well, drink responsibly...

@As Time Goes By: Oh my gosh! You sound like me! I also work at a school and one of my fellow teachers got married last weekend and is is 2 months along. Apparently, she got PG the first time she was NTNP. She knows nothing about ovulation, her cycle, etc. I wish I could unlearn all this stuff! I am ecstatic for her but I am also like "wait...don't leave on the baby train without me!"

@As Time Goes By: When are you POAS-ing? We must have o-ed around the same time!

  35. As Time Goes By

    apricot / 346 posts

@simplyfelicity: I think I O'd yesterday simply based on physical signs. That puts 10dpo at the 20th. I have a holiday Monday the 21st so I might test then depending on whether I notice any symptoms because it would be nice to have a day to process whether it's or If I'm really not feeling it I will wait until the following weekend and see if AF shows. How about you?

So now I'm off to research how to encourage implantation!

  36. simplyfelicity

    cantaloupe / 6634 posts

@As Time Goes By: I am really going to try to hold out until I am 14 dpo as I would rather not know if I have a chemical. I know they are super common but I would be so devastated. So, that would put me at April 23 and AF at April 24th. I am thinking I may have even O-ed cd 14 instead of cd 15 (based on my OPKS but, to be on the safe side, I am saying CD15.) Hopefully, that is far enough after when I would get a chemical and then a "for sure" positive or negative.

@whenoceansrise: How are you, lady? I pray this is your month! I finally used FF and was happy to see it thinks I ovulated the same day I thought. It's a nifty site. I am sitting at 3dpo and DH wants me to stop thinking about it...I don't think guys always "get it."
