Yep, I've gotten really sensitive about it. It should probably inspire me to lose weight, but it hasn't worked yet lol

I can't believe people ask this, unless you're CLEARLY like 45 weeks pregnant...A few people have asked my coworker recently. And while she is pregnant, she's just baaaaarely showing. She's only 14 or 15 weeks. Each time someone asks, I think, "That was bold..." I mean I know her, and I still wouldn't be sure (if I didn't already know).

@Bao: I've never asked anyone and never would, it's soooo rude. I don't get it.

DH is like people are just probably trying to be nice making small talk. I'm like no, not about that for so many reasons. You talk about the weather, nice shirt, etc. Not comments on someone's stomach. smh

I was asked when DD2 was hours old. I was literally waiting for DH to bring the car to take her home and someone congratulated me on my new baby and "another one soon!"
Psycho.

This happened to me a couple times in the months after DS2 was born. I struggled to lose the baby weight after he was born, and I definitely had a round belly for several months. I hated it when strangers would ask me if I was pregnant! I told them I just had a baby, but it made me so self-conscious of my weight.

@HappyBaker: Haha! When i went to pick up my post c-section meds after DD1 the pharmacist wouldn't release them to me because I was "pregnant."
My cleaning woman this time around told me that she saw our wedding photos and I was so thin and beautiful before I had babies. While I was nursing my four week old.
Nobody cuts me any slack post partum!!

My building's cleaning lady asked if I was pregnant thanks to my tummy being messed up since the birth of my second. I think that I later tweeted that I should go back on WW after that.

my grandma insisted I was pregnant last year at a family party.. Like, she wouldn't take no for an answer. She was sure I was keeping some big secret from her. It was awkward after her 5th time announcing that day "You ARE pregnant!!" Nope...still not. After I announced my actual pregnancy to her almost a full year later her first response was "See, I knew you were pregnant at Dylan's party!" Again, no...that was almost a year ago and I'm only 10 weeks now... Her response was "oh you were just REALLY bloated that day then."

I'm 16 weeks now and had a stranger ask me this weekend when I was due. I'm still in that awkward "is she pregnant, or is that just a jiggly belly?" phase so I was kind of surprised to be asked that.

I usually just say that no, I'm fat and happy and that makes them uncomfortable enough to realize that they are ass hats.

People are idiots and need to keep their noses out of others' uteruses... uteri?

I had multiple people at work ask me when I was due, what I was having, etc. after I returned from maternity leave. Literally the first day back, one of the cafeteria ladies said something like "You haven't had that baby yet??" I got comments left and right for at LEAST 6 months. It sucked. People suck.

dear god, what is wrong with people!? I am currently 25 weeks along and my admin comments numerous times per week about how big I am getting and I want to duct tape her mouth shut. I just keep replying that I hope I have a big, huge beautiful baby boy instead of going into labor at 34 weeks like I did with DS1 so STFU lady.

Once when I'd never been pregnant. I'd just gotten a new outfit I felt really cute in. Didn't wear it again for years afterward.

And one comment from someone on the way in to LO's 2-week ped appointment. I think some folks just really don't understand how it works.
